What do the employers expect from you? How should you act at the interview to get a job? How to answer the questions to be regarded high and thorough? For answers to these and other questions we seeked at the meeting with the Polish employers.
On the 19th of November in the Foundation for Somalia we have met with Polish employers who told the foreigners interested in Polish labour market about issues like: how do the employers see the recruitment process? What is important for them in taking the decision about employment? What are the specific positive values of migrants looking for job?
The event was organized as a part of the Global Entrepreneurship Week.

Syaiful doesn’t really agree with the aspect of Arisan which is connected with money (read more about Arisan which Yona describes at length). He does not take part in the lotteries. But he supports the enterprise because of its social aspects and the possibility of sharing knowledge and broadening the horizons.
In November in the Foundation for Somalia we have started the series of meetings within the scope of the Enterprising Migrant Women Club. In a cosy group, we learn about Polish labour market and administration intricacies. The purpose of our meetings is to give the migrant women chance to learn about Polish migrant law, prohibiting their social and economic exclusion.
