Enterprising Immigrant Woman Club: We fight for peace in Ukraine.

Vita Kazmirova and Viktoria Kondratiuk from Foundation for Somalia are co-organizing inter-cultural evening called “Youth and Peace go together”. Meeting will take place on 23rd of May in Dominican church in Lublin. Start at 7 p.m.

Young people want peace.

New organizations, that are willing to fight for freedom and peace in the world, are formed right before our eyes. One of many such groups is Grupa MP3 (Możesz Pomóc). It gathers people helping those who became victims of conflict on Ukraine.

– Pope John Paul II emphasized that peace is a constant and unavoidable challenge of our times. To build peace one has to, among others things, discover richness of each country. That includes its culture and creations. – explains one of the organizers, Vita Kazmirova. – That’s why on Saturday, May 23rd 2015 at 7 p.m. we will be sharing richness of our cultures. We invite you to the meeting during which you will hear songs and poems in various languages. – ads Vita.

Inter-cultural evening in Lublin is the result of collaboration of people from Belarus, Uzbekistan, USA, Iran, Pakistan, Poland, Ukraine and Russia.

– We all come from different countries, we have different age and social status but one thing unites us – we all wish with from the bottom of our hearts for world peace. – explains Viktoria Kondratiuk.

Victoria and Vita are both members of Enterprising Immigrant Woman Club, working operating at Foundation for Somalia.
