MIOI: They teach tolerance since kindergarten

teach tolerance since kindergartenThe Somalian Association organizes intercultural trainings for children. During the workshops kids learn about tolerance and get to know culture and customs of Africa.

Our friends from Somalian Association in Polish Republic regularly visit nursery schools in Warsaw. The last meeting took place in the kindergarten number 111 in Ochota district.

-Trainings concerned cultures of Sub-Saharan Africa. We showed the kids the diversity of African people and their countries. We played drums together and taught tolerance each other. It was fun, said Elmi Abdi, the president of Somalian Association.

All of Warsaw kindergartens may attend in workshops. Somalian Association takes just a low charge for meeting with children. Interested? Call: 510 566 186.
